# Drugs & supply

The **drug business** is a full loop: **buy seeds**, **rent space**, **grow**, **harvest**, **sell**—with **heat**, **workers**, and **other players** in the mix.

## Pick your crop

Start from **cannabis** or **cocaine** **seeds**. Each path has its own **timers**, **space needs**, and **buyers**.

## Rent bigger digs

You begin in smaller **rooms** and can move up to **warehouses** and **bigger sites** as you unlock them. More space means **more plants** and **more output**—and usually **more attention** from rivals and the law.

## The five-step loop

1. **Buy seeds**
2. **Rent** the right tier of property
3. **Plant** and **grow** (watering and harvest use **energy**—see [**Energy**](/help/money-and-trade/energy.md))
4. **Harvest** product
5. **Sell**—to players, through special **export** deals, or other outlets as the game adds them

## Hire help

You can **hire workers** to **automate** parts of the grind so you’re not clicking every plant by hand as you scale.

## Risk

**Raids** and **losses** can hit your stock or setup. Spread your risk: don’t keep **everything** in one room with no backup plan.

## Selling to players — and using your own product

* You sell **cannabis** and **coca** to **other players** on the **black market** (and related flows).
* **Coca** can **restore energy** but **raises stress**.
* **Cannabis** **lowers stress**.
* Heavy users will notice these effects more—part of playing **hot**.

## Ideas still being shaped

The team is still tuning **how drug listings work**—for example **delays** before a listing **shows up** based on your **distribution level** (street vs big wholesale flavour). There may also be a **low-paying export** route that **pulls product off** the player market on purpose, so **scarcity** and **prices** stay interesting.
